Planning Engineer (Fit-Out Projects) – Dubai

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with a strong Civil Engineering background to join our team in Dubai and support our growing fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Develop baseline programs, lookahead plans, and recovery schedules
• Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
• Identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation plans
• Review BOQs, drawings, and project scope to support planning activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in planning for fit-out/interior projects in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• Good understanding of construction sequences and site activities
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills
