About the Company:

A leading Fit Out and Joinery Company in Dubai is looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination within the interior fit out and joinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and procurement departments to ensure timely project delivery.
• Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions to meet project timelines.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate planning.
• Support cost and resource loading in project schedules.
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and extension of time (EOT) claims when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the Fit Out / Joinery industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
