Planning Engineer - High Rise Building Experience

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in high-rise building projects to manage project schedules, planning, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely project delivery through effective planning and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
• Analyze delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) and delay impact analysis reports
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Support resource planning and cash flow forecasts
• Ensure planning aligns with contractual requirements and project milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); MS Project is an advantage
• Good knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
