Planning Engineer – High Rise Construction Projects

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and controlling project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating resources, and supporting timely project delivery for construction and environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules and report variances or delays.
• Identify critical path activities, potential risks, and impacts on timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather accurate planning data.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clients.
• Support resource planning, sequencing, and allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure planning deliverables meet project specifications and company standards.
• Contribute to the improvement of planning processes and tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of recent UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Available for full-time, site-based work in Dubai.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED18,000.00 per month
