Planning Engineer ( Interior Fit Out)

We’re Hiring: Planning Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to join our fit-out team and take responsibility for scheduling, progress tracking, and coordination across our high-end interior projects. If you have strong Primavera P6 skills and proven experience in fit-out planning, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, aligned with BOQs, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Prepare baseline, cost/resource-loaded programmes, and pre-contract schedules for new tenders.
• Monitor project progress, update weekly schedules, and prepare progress dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, QS, joinery workshops, and subcontractors.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
• Maintain documentation through platforms such as Aconex, Procore, or similar systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in planning within the interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, BOQs, fit-out sequencing, procurement timelines, and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), and familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD; Power BI is an advantage.
• Experience in delay analysis and EOT preparation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
