Planning Engineer ( Landscaping Projects)

PTWL is looking for a Planning Engineer ( Landscaping Projects) with 3+ years of experience to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION

The position has the following responsibilities:

• Prepare Baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan
• Prepare Resources (Cash flow & manpower Histogram)
• Prepare Extension of Time claims
• Experienced in construction activities sequencing, delay events, resource loading, progress report
• Updating Programs-Weekly & Monthly
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
• Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures
• Reporting to Technical and Commercial Manager & Support him with projects related administration, scheduling regular meetings, record decisions, create and update workflows, and provide documentation to internal team

Requirement:

• Proven work experience as a Landscaping companies or similar role.
• Proven work experience on managing residencial and commercial projects .
• Hands-on experience with Primavera-P6, MS Office and MS Excel
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
• BSc degree ( Civil or MEP) or relevant field
• UAE Driving License and Own car
