Planning Engineer ( Landscaping Projects)

PTWL is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer – Landscaping Projects with 3+ years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, and reporting to ensure projects are delivered on time and within approved parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline programs, detailed schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in line with project management plans
• Develop resource-loaded schedules, including cash flow forecasts and manpower histograms
• Prepare and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including delay analysis and supporting documentation
• Sequence construction activities and analyze delay events and productivity impacts
• Update project programs on a weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to collect and consolidate project status updates
• Develop, monitor, and update project master schedules, procurement logs, material submittals, and delivery schedules
• Track productivity and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays
• Report to the Technical and Commercial Manager and provide project administration support
• Schedule and coordinate regular project meetings, record minutes, track decisions, and update workflows
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication with internal teams

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in landscaping projects or similar construction roles
• Experience managing residential and commercial projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Strong typing, editing, and data organization skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field
• UAE Drivers License and car is mandatory
