Job Description:

We are looking for a Planning Engineer & Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years of experience to handle project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and budget control for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for tracking project progress, coordinating with site and engineering teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task dependencies

* Prepare baseline, tender, and resource-loaded schedules

* Use CPM-based planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project)

* Monitor project progress and compare against baseline schedules

* Identify delays and recommend corrective actions

* Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates

* Track project costs and monitor budgets

* Handle variation statements, extra items, and cost forecasting

* Allocate and manage manpower, materials, and equipment

* Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams

* Prepare weekly and monthly progress & cost reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

* 3–5 years of experience in Planning and Quantity Surveying

* Experience in real estate / construction projects

* Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project

* Strong knowledge of BoQ, rate analysis, and cost control

* Good working knowledge of MS Excel

* Ability to read construction drawings and specifications

Preferred Skills:

* Strong analytical and reporting skills

* Good communication and coordination abilities

* Ability to work under tight deadlines
