Planning Engineer – Steel Fabrication & Erection

We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with experience in steel fabrication and erection projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, monitor workshop and site progress, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and erection teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules (Primavera).
• Plan fabrication activities, monitor production progress, and prepare weekly reports.
• Coordinate erection sequencing, site logistics, manpower & equipment planning.
• Track material procurement, drawing approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Identify delays, analyse variances, and implement recovery plans.
• Liaise with internal teams and attend client/consultant meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
• 3–10 years of experience in steel fabrication & erection.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, erection methodologies, and project planning tools.
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
