We Are Hiring: Planning Engineer (High-Rise Buildings)
Experience: 5–7 Years (UAE High-Rise Projects )

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in high-rise building projects in the UAE, excellent knowledge of project planning tools, and the ability to manage schedules, progress reporting, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, baselines, and work programs in accordance with project requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project timelines using Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate progress tracking.
  • Conduct regular site visits to gather progress data and verify work completion status.
  • Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, including manpower histograms, S-curve charts, productivity analysis, and variance reports.
  • Analyze project delays, identify critical paths, and propose corrective and recovery actions when required.
  • Assist in preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) claims with proper documentation and justifications.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, procurement schedules, and contract requirements to ensure accurate planning deliverables.
  • Monitor resource allocation, equipment planning, and material schedules to ensure alignment with project targets.
  • Support management with forecasting, risk assessment, and performance monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5–7 years of UAE experience in Planning Engineeringhigh-rise / towers experience is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of UAE construction workflows, sequencing, methodology, and procurement timelines.
  • Knowledge of contract management and delay analysis (FIDIC experience preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
