Planning Executive

Kinetic is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Executive to support the planning and execution of outdoor advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent command of MS Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling outdoor advertising campaigns across billboard and media inventory.
• Maintain and update campaign plans, site availability records, and media schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations, Client Service, Sales, and Finance teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Prepare campaign reports, tracking sheets, and performance summaries.
• Manage inventory allocation and ensure efficient utilization of available media assets.
• Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines.
• Generate and maintain various planning reports using MS Excel.
• Verify campaign data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
• Support management with data analysis, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Handle urgent client requirements and last-minute campaign amendments when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Planning, Operations, Media, Advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Requirements

• Male candidate preferred.
• Must be flexible with working hours and willing to work beyond regular office timings when business needs require.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines.
• Experience in the Advertising, Media, or Outdoor Advertising industry will be considered an advantage.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
