Key Accountabilities

Establishment of monthly optimal input plan for body, painting and assembly plant according to the quantity presented at sales production meeting

Check the plan amount on the APS system and establish daily/weekyly/monthy plan subject to sales order.

Establishment of countermeasures to achieve monthly goals whenever the plan can’t be achieved due to quality and damaged parts.

Compared to daily input plan, Manage the daily plan vs actual results on the monthly plan sheets
-
Establishment of optimal operation plan of production line for mid- to long-term plan.
Job-Specific Accountabilities

Analyze the production capacity of each body/painting/assembly process and establish the counter measures for problems

Analyze the inefficiency of production line and establish the advanced method for renovation.

Analyze the consequence of productivity index and establish the countermeasure to overcome the reason.

If abrupt system problem occurs, find the corresponding method to tackle the challenge.

Identify the status of work in process every hour by shop, Analyze the problem and establish the countermeasures with process manager.
Job Requirements
-
At least 4-5 years of planning management experience in the overseas automobile factory
