Planning Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential risks, and ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Oversee and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
  • Identify project risks and delays, proactively implementing strategies to minimize impacts and maintain project timelines.
  • Work closely with project teams including Client, Consultant, & Subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project progress, analyze performance metrics and generate regular progress reports for management.
  • Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities comply with regulatory standards, client requirements, and quality benchmarks.
  • Preparing Extension of Time Claims in all its aspects.
  • Attend external and internal meetings as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 15 years of construction planning experience in high-rise building projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Extensive Primavera P6 knowledge, MS Project & MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and working understanding of project planning and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a group responsible for planning, scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED28,000.00 per month
