Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential risks, and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
- Identify project risks and delays, proactively implementing strategies to minimize impacts and maintain project timelines.
- Work closely with project teams including Client, Consultant, & Subcontractors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Regularly monitor and report on project progress, analyze performance metrics and generate regular progress reports for management.
- Ensure that all planning and scheduling activities comply with regulatory standards, client requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Preparing Extension of Time Claims in all its aspects.
- Attend external and internal meetings as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years of construction planning experience in high-rise building projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Extensive Primavera P6 knowledge, MS Project & MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience and working understanding of project planning and scheduling.
- Demonstrated capability to lead a group responsible for planning, scheduling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
