Planning Manager

About the Role:

We’re seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Planning Manager and Senior Planning Engineer to join a fast-paced and design-led real estate development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in construction project planning, scheduling, and coordination across high-rise, mixed-use, and residential developments.

Positions Open:

• Planning Manager – 12+ years of experience
• Senior Planning Engineer / Senior Planner – 7–10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules across all phases: design, procurement, construction, and handover
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (consultants, contractors, authorities) to ensure alignment with timelines
• Monitor project progress, critical path, milestones, and prepare recovery plans as needed
• Analyze schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Lead or support Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis claims
• Prepare and present periodic reports, dashboards, and schedule updates to senior management
• Support project control processes including WBS development, resource and cost loading

Requirements :

✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

✅ For Planning Manager: 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the UAE or GCC

✅ For Senior Planner: 7–10 years of experience in project planning

✅ Proven track record in real estate development , construction , or consulting firms

✅ Excellent command of Primavera P6 , MS Project, and project control tools

✅ Strong understanding of project lifecycle, delay analysis, and construction methodologies
