Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Manager with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project documentation, and hands-on experience with Primavera and MSP. Experience in handling large-scale fit-out projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Coordinate closely with project execution teams to ensure alignment between planning and on-site progress.
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Perform cost control, variance analysis, and support management with accurate MIS reports.
• Track key milestones, critical paths, and resource utilization.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify project risks and delays and recommend mitigation measures.
• Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, consultants, and clients.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP).
• Good understanding of project documentation and reporting systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.
• Experience in handling large-scale fit-out projects is an added advantage.
• Exposure to construction, infrastructure, or corporate interior projects preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
