Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Planning Manager with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project documentation, and hands-on experience with Primavera and MSP. Experience in handling large-scale fit-out projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera and MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
- Coordinate closely with project execution teams to ensure alignment between planning and on-site progress.
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Perform cost control, variance analysis, and support management with accurate MIS reports.
- Track key milestones, critical paths, and resource utilization.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and dashboards.
- Identify project risks and delays and recommend mitigation measures.
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, consultants, and clients.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP).
- Good understanding of project documentation and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.
- Experience in handling large-scale fit-out projects is an added advantage.
- Exposure to construction, infrastructure, or corporate interior projects preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
