Planning Manager – Perfume Industry

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our team within the perfume industry . The role is responsible for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization to ensure product availability, efficient production planning, and alignment with business and sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage demand and supply plans in line with sales forecasts and production capacity.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, production, and procurement teams to ensure accurate planning.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Analyze data and trends to support decision-making and improve planning accuracy.
• Lead planning cycles and ensure timely execution against business targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Planning Manager within the perfume or FMCG industry (perfumes is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
