This is a pivotal leadership position, tasked with designing and leading the end-to-end planning function. Sitting as a key member of the senior management team, you will play a central role in supporting the company's operational excellence and long-term success.

• Integrated Planning - develop and oversee a planning framework across demand, supply, and production planning activities.


• Demand, Supply, and Production Planning - ensure accurate forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.


• Process Optimization - identify gaps and inefficiencies in and implement improvements


• Performance Monitoring and Reporting - establish and monitor KPIs

Requirements:
