Planning Manager - Civil

We are seeking a Planning Manager – Civil to lead the planning and scheduling function across our civil construction projects. The role requires expertise in project scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, with a focus on ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of baseline programs, detailed schedules, and resource allocation plans for civil, power infra & steel projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Conduct delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) claims, and forensic schedule analysis when required.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings to discuss planning and progress-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project milestones, and company standards.
• Mentor and guide planning team .

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in project planning, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within civil construction (infrastructure, buildings, or industrial projects).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of planning principles, contractual terms, and claims management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC experience and familiarity with local authority requirements preferred.
