Planning Manager - Civil Construction

We Are Hiring: Planning Manager (Civil Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join our team!

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling
• Strong background working on villa developments and high-rise tower projects
• Previous experience with a contracting company is a must
• Expertise in project controls, scheduling software (Primavera P6), progress reporting, and coordination with site teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Prepare progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery plans
• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
