Planning Manager (Denim Garment)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Manager to join our team in the denim garment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, capacity management, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective production plans to meet shipment deadlines.

· Monitor order status and coordinate with merchandising, production, and supply chain teams.

· Manage capacity planning across stitching, washing, and finishing units.

· Ensure raw material availability by collaborating with procurement and sourcing teams.

· Track WIP (Work in Progress) and resolve bottlenecks to avoid delays.

· Analyze production efficiency and optimize resource utilization.

· Prepare weekly and monthly planning reports for management review.

· Lead and guide the planning team for smooth operations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

· 5–7 years of relevant experience in production planning within denim garments/apparel manufacturing.

· Strong knowledge of capacity planning, lead time management, and order tracking.

· Proficient in ERP/Planning tools (SAP).

· Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
