Planning Manager - PMO

Role Overview: As Assistant Manager – Planning, you will play a key role in preparing and updating project schedules, coordinating design deliverables, facilitating progress meetings, and ensuring timely procurement and documentation. You’ll be at the center of driving efficiency and alignment across multiple stakeholders and projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed master schedules for pre-construction and on-site activities.
  • Update project schedules monthly with actual completion status.
  • Develop tender event and procurement schedules for timely delivery.
  • Track design deliverables and ensure alignment with master schedules.
  • Lead weekly project progress meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Generate MIS reports highlighting project status, bottlenecks, and pending issues.
  • Manage documentation and ensure timely updates in the central repository.


Major Challenges:

  • Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinating with diverse stakeholders to achieve timely results.


🧩 Key Decisions:

  • Estimation of timelines and sequencing of works.
  • Identifying risks and deploying mitigation measures.


🎓 Skills & Qualifications:

  • BE Civil; PG Diploma in Project Management (preferred).
  • 7–8 years of experience in construction project planning and site execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office tools.
  • Strong presentation and coordination skills.
  • Experience in high-end luxury villa projects or PMC firms preferred
