Job Summary:
The CBU Planning & Ordering Specialist is responsible for the sales planning of CBU (Completely Built-Up) vehicles, ordering, and coordinating the delivery of vehicles to India. The individual is also required to place orders and track homologation cars needed for certification. Additionally, this role involves maintaining and updating IT systems used by the department, ensuring all NSTs (National Sales Tools) are correctly maintained and updated. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle delivery and certification processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning:
-
Develop and execute sales plans for CBU vehicles.

Analyze market trends and demand to forecast sales and inventory needs.

Define ordering quantities in a manner that optimal stock is maintained at all times

Vehicle Ordering and Coordination:
-
Place orders for CBU vehicles and coordinate their delivery to India.
-
Monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vehicles.

Homologation Car Management:
-
Place orders for homologation cars required for certification.
-
Track and manage the homologation process to ensure compliance with certification requirements.

Collaboration and Communication:
-
Work closely with logistics, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and certification processes.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries.

Reporting and Documentation:
-
Prepare and present regular reports on sales planning, vehicle ordering, and homologation status to senior management.

Maintain accurate documentation of all orders, deliveries, and certification processes.

Compliance:
-
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
-
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in sales planning and vehicle certification.

IT Systems Maintenance:

Maintain and update IT systems used by the Sales & Marketing department.
-
Ensure all National Sales Tools (NSTs) are correctly maintained and updated.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) or Supply Chain Management
-
Bachelor's degree in B. Tech will be preferred. B.Com can also be considered
Experience:
-
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales planning, supply chain management or a related field.

Proven track record of managing vehicle orders and coordinating deliveries.
-
Experience in maintaining and updating IT systems is a plus.
