The role owns scope definition, technical coordination, performance monitoring, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment. The position drives data-informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery within an industrial environment.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed timelines and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution, aligning Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Manage project teams, including task allocation, mentorship, and performance monitoring to ensure effective delivery.
- Review and approve technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and project objectives.
- Resolve conflicts and operational issues to maintain project schedule and continuity
- Oversee day-to-day project activities.
- Track progress against milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the bridge between clients, engineers, and management.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status.
- Identify potential risks early.
- Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Manage financial aspects of projects according to approved budget, oversee cost tracking and financial monitoring, and coordinate with Finance to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
- Optimized resources are used to maintain profitability.
- Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, forecasts, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.
- Drive strategic decision-making for planning, resource allocation, and risk management in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Escalate critical issues to management promptly
- Develop and track KPIs, monitor schedule adherence, cost performance, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
· Project Management Professional certification is a must.
· Good knowledge of industrial systems and technical project environments.
· Solid understanding of project planning methodologies and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
· Experience in cost tracking fundamentals and collaboration with Finance for budget monitoring.
· Knowledge of risk assessment and change management processes.
· Ability to develop KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and prepare analytical reports.
· Strong capability in data analysis and structured project documentation.
