Planning Specialist

We’re now looking for a Planning Specialist — a key role ensuring the seamless flow between production, logistics, and supply operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate stock order processes
• Ensure stock reports are accurate and up to date
• Create daily and weekly factory-based production plans
• Monitor supply issues and take proactive action to resolve them
• Plan daily shipments, manage loading operations and coordinate with logistics partners
• Optimize end-to-end supply processes to improve efficiency
• Create and monitor all required orders through MRP
• Collaborate with the purchasing team for raw material and component supply updates
• Prepare reports and develop short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans
• Actively contribute to digitalization projects

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Min 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/MRP systems
• Fluency in English (a must for this role)
