Planning Specialist

United Elevators is looking for a detail-oriented Planning Specialist to develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligning production capacity, material availability, and customer demand.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and confirmed orders
• Align production capacity with demand and ensure timely material supply
• Coordinate with operations, sourcing, and material planning teams to release and update production plans
• Monitor production progress, take corrective actions to prevent delays or stockouts, and ensure on-time completion
• Track WIP and inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages
• Plan and prioritize production orders for maximum efficiency and minimum delay
• Prepare and present production performance and schedule adherence reports
• Report the needed resource or materials to fulfill the production plan
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning within manufacturing
• Proficiency in MPS/MRP systems and Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Planning experience in production industry is a must
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Fridays & Saturdays are off
• Work Location: Badr
