To strengthen our team, we are looking for Plant Controller which will be located in our engineering office Akyazı, SAKARYA, TÜRKİYE

What will your job be about?

• Preparing Weekly Forecast
• Actively involve in all management meetings and prepare all risks and opportunities
• Preparing annual budgets, reporting monthly variances between actual and budgeted figures
• Preparing variance analysis by comparing the budget and actual
• Prepare Mid Term Plan and Project Lifetime Business Plans
• Actively supports preparing financial and management reports to provide relevant and accurate information and analysis to top management as requested with IFRS standards
• Documentation and reporting on deviations
• Creating reports regarding overheads and SG&A costs and sharing them with related departments
• Performing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by management
• Collaboration in operational improvement projects in plant
• Recommend, improve and maintain templates, reports, documents, databases in relation to the responsibility areas

What will you bring with you?

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Advance level of MS office knowledge
• User of SAP
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Team player and strong communication & collaboration skills with other departments
• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar positions
• For male candidates, military service should be completed
