Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and output
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and local regulatory standards
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma practices)
• Manage budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs
• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance standards are met
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams for seamless operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as Plant Manager, Plant Director, Operations Director, or Factory Manager
• Strong background in food processing, agro-industry, or FMCG manufacturing
• Deep knowledge of production systems, industrial operations, and quality assurance
• Leadership experience managing large teams in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, or ERP systems preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or related field
