Plant Dispatcher

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Dispatcher to manage daily scheduling and coordination of our concrete mixer fleet. The dispatcher will ensure timely deliveries, effective communication with drivers, and smooth operations with customers and job sites.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch concrete mixer trucks efficiently
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, load times, and job changes
• Coordinate with customers, batch plant, and job sites
• Monitor delivery progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Handle delivery issues and resolve problems quickly
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and daily reports

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience preferred (concrete or construction a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and scheduling skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
