Lead with safety — enforce OSHA requirements and Petticoat-Schmitt safety standards.
Coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, and subcontractor activities to meet production targets.
Support survey layout and perform ongoing quality checks per plans and specifications.
Adjust daily operations to reflect changing field conditions and resource availability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient jobsite.
Interpret construction drawings, specifications, P&IDs, I&C diagrams, and electrical one-lines.

Manage yard piping systems (push-joint, MJ, TR-Flex, HDPE, RCP, CPP, PVC).
Oversee process piping and mechanical installs (DI, stainless, FRP, PVC) including pumps and process equipment.
Plan safe excavations around existing utilities and oversee dewatering operations.
Advanced understanding of treatment plant construction sequencing and methods.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, PSC standards, and environmental compliance (BMPs/NPDES).
Basic IT proficiency for completing reports and timecards via smartphone or tablet (e.g., HeavyJob).
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation related to scope of work.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work in and around trenches.
Lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
Distinguish jobsite sounds (equipment movement, alarms, voices).
Work outdoors in various weather and site conditions.
Required PPE: hard hat, eye/ear protection, and high-visibility apparel.
5–10 years of water/wastewater treatment plant construction experience (foreman experience preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead self-perform crews.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
