Role Overview

MedPlus Health Services Ltd is expanding its Cosmetics & Home Care manufacturing operations and is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead end-to-end plant operations. This is a high-ownership role involving production excellence, quality, cost control, compliance, and people leadership across multiple units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and manage production & assembly lines for cosmetics and home care products
2. Drive zero-defect quality standards and robust quality systems
3. Own P&L for plant operations – cost control, efficiency, and budgeting
4. Manage inventory, raw material procurement, and vendor relationships
5. Lead maintenance strategy, machinery upgrades, and operational improvements
6. Oversee dispatch planning, store operations, and space optimization
7. Ensure compliance with statutory norms, audits, documentation, and regulatory requirements
8. Support new product development and packaging innovations
9. Lead a workforce of 120+ employees – hiring, mentoring, and productivity management
10. Ensure EHS compliance, safety standards, and smooth day-to-day operations

Candidate Profile

1. 7+ years of hands-on Factory / Plant Management experience
2. Industry exposure to Cosmetics, FMCG, Home Care, or Personal Care manufacturing
3. Experience handling multi-unit operations or large teams
4. Strong understanding of plant compliances, audits, quality systems, and EHS
5. Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills
6. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
