Plant Head – Electric Two-Wheeler Manufacturing

Job Summary

Responsible for overall management of electric two-wheeler manufacturing operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and cost control to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations and achieve production targets
• Ensure quality standards for EV components (battery, motor, controller)
• Drive lean manufacturing, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives
• Manage plant safety, statutory compliance, and EHS
• Coordinate with supply chain, R&D, and sales teams
• Lead and develop plant teams

Qualifications & Experience

• BE/BTech in Electrical/Mechanical/Production (MBA preferred)
• 12+ years of manufacturing experience
• 5+ years in a senior plant leadership role
• EV / automotive / two-wheeler experience preferred
