Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end factory operations including
Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.

Plan and monitor daily production to achieve targets.

Handle labour workforce – attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Supervise staff – assign work, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
-
Monitor raw material requirements, consumption, and stock levels.
-
Ensure proper maintenance of machines and factory infrastructure.
-
Maintain Safety & Compliance (Factory Act, ESI, PF, labour laws).
-
Prepare and share daily / weekly / monthly reports with management.
-
Handle all computer work including production records, inventory, Excel, MIS, and emails.

Identify cost-saving measures, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
Requirements
-
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
-
7–10 years of proven experience in factory / plant
operations.

Strong knowledge of Production, Labour Management & Factory Compliance.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Emails, and ERP (if applicable).

Strong leadership and people management skills.
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Skills: technical knowledge,adaptability & continuous improvement,knowledge of software & tools
