The Plant HR Executive role is a position responsible for supporting daily HR operations in a manufacturing plant. Key duties include recruitment, attendance management, payroll assistance, employee welfare, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at the plant.

Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Leave Management:
Maintain accurate attendance records, manage employee leaves, and prepare attendance reports.
2. Payroll Support:
Help prepare monthly payroll, track timesheets and leave data, and address basic payroll-related queries.
3. Employee Welfare & Engagement:
Support employee engagement activities and assist in resolving grievances to improve morale.
4. **HR Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain employee records, and assist with HR audits and documentation.
Requirement:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
