Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Plant HR Manager – Operations to oversee all HR and administrative functions at our jewellery manufacturing unit in Andheri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant including attendance, payroll inputs, and HRIS updates.
- Drive recruitment and manpower planning to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Monitor training and skill development programs to improve workforce productivity and craftsmanship.
- Ensure statutory compliance under Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other labour laws.
- Oversee shift management, time office, and contract labour administration.
- Support performance appraisal processes and manage employee engagement initiatives at the plant.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and Admin teams to maintain a harmonious and safe workplace environment.
- Prepare and present HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics to management.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices for smooth plant operations.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing HR practices and labour law compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle blue-collar workforce effectively.
- Hands-on experience in factory-level audits and inspections.
- Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
Salary Range: As per industry standards (Negotiable for the right candidate)Joining: Immediate or within 30 days

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
