Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Management
Ensure 100% compliance with all labor laws applicable to manufacturing units (Factories Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, POSH, etc.).
Maintain statutory registers, returns, and audits in coordination with authorities.
Liaise with government bodies such as Labor Department, ESI, PF offices, etc.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end hiring for plant roles across production, engineering, QA, logistics, and support functions.
Build local talent pipelines and reduce dependency on external agencies.
Lead onboarding, induction, and skill-based manpower planning.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Maintain positive employee relations and address grievances timely.
Conduct counseling sessions and drive open-house discussions.
Implement HR policies consistently across the plant.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations and handle union communication professionally.
Support negotiation of wage settlements and maintain discipline at the shop floor.
Manage conflict resolution and statutory conciliation matters.
External Stakeholder & Liaison Management
Build relationships with labor departments, external agencies, local authorities, and community stakeholders.
