Plant Maintenance Engineer

Candidate Criteria :

A ITI certificate / DME / Mechanical Engineering Candidate with relevant working knowledge and experience of, Maintenance, Operations, erection & Commissioning of equipment’s like Heat Treatment Furnaces, mechanical, electrical & electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics machineries & Accessories at Metallurgical / Metal Casting Foundries or Heat Treatment Plants at Precision Component Plants. Ideal candidate should have relevant 4-6 years of Work experience in Maintenance of industrial heat treatment Furnace. Should have Good Problem solving ability, and communication Skills.

Job Description :

Ø Handle Day to day Preventive and Breakdown maintenance of Various equipment’s at Heat Treatment Shop for better utilisation of all furnaces in cost effective manner, for machineries like

· Heat Treatment Furnaces

· Sealed Quench Furnaces,

· Shot Blast Machines, Nitrogen Plants,

· Conveyors & EOT Cranes,

· Cooling Towers

· All other mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics at the plant

· electrical & electronics, furnaces panel wirings, low voltage distribution panel switch gears assembly and electrification,

· wiring work in PLC system

· Erection ,Cabling, Glanding and Termination Works of Industrial Furnaces, When ever need arises

Ø Generate and Maintain Reports & Documentations as per required Protocols and Compliances
