Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Plant Manager to manage and oversee construction plant operations supporting multiple project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing construction plants, heavy equipment, and production facilities within the UAE construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of construction plants, including batching plants, asphalt plants, crushers, or related facilities supporting project requirements.
Plan and coordinate plant production schedules to meet project timelines and site demands.
Ensure availability, efficient utilization, and proper maintenance of plant machinery, equipment, and tools.
Oversee plant manpower including operators, technicians, mechanics, and supervisors.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, UAE safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor plant productivity, material consumption, and operational performance, implementing improvements where required.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, logistics, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure quality control of produced materials in accordance with project specifications and approved standards.
Manage plant operating costs, fuel usage, spare parts, and inventory control.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
Maintain accurate records of production, equipment utilization, maintenance logs, and daily operational reports.
Handle plant inspections, audits, and coordination with consultants or client representatives when required.
Ensure proper housekeeping, organization, and operational readiness of the plant at all times.

Requirements:

Based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Plant Operations role within a construction company.
Strong experience with construction plants such as concrete batching plants, asphalt plants, crushers, or similar facilities.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, plant machinery, and production processes.
Strong understanding of UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and HSE practices.
Proven leadership and team management skills in site-based environments.
Ability to work in outdoor, high-pressure, and multi-site construction environments.
Good communication and coordination skills with project teams and management.
Physically fit, safety-focused, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
