Plant Manager

We are looking for a skilled Plant Engineer to join our concrete manufacturing team. If you have a strong background in equipment maintenance, process optimization, and regulatory compliance within industrial or concrete plant settings, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for mixers, conveyors, and batch plants
• Troubleshoot plant equipment issues and lead corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Optimize production processes for energy efficiency and cost savings
• Monitor KPIs and production data to identify areas for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Lead plant improvement projects and equipment upgrades
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Plant Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Proven experience in a concrete manufacturing or similar heavy industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, process control, and plant operations
• Familiarity with UAE health, safety & environmental standards
• Effective communicator with strong analytical and leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management and troubleshooting complex technical issues
