Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

Monitor production plans and ensure monthly targets are achieved with high efficiency and quality.

Lead and manage teams across production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse.

Control raw materials, manage inventory, and reduce waste & operational costs.
-
Implement and maintain food safety & quality systems (HACCP - ISO 22000).
-
Develop preventive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment performance.

Coordinate with top management (Head Office - SODIC, Sheikh Zayed) on reports, budgets, and operational plans.

Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Lead and motivate teams while ensuring a safe and disciplined work environment.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Production) or Industrial Management (or equivalent).
10-15 years of experience
in food manufacturing.
Minimum
5 years in factory management
.
Experience in pickled & preserved food industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
