Plant Nursery Associate

We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable individual to oversee the care and presentation of plants in our nursery while providing excellent customer support throughout the purchasing process of trees and perennials. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of common nursery plants and proper maintenance practices.

Key responsibilities include receiving and organizing incoming plant shipments, tagging and preparing inventory for sale, and ensuring all plants are healthy, well-maintained, and retail-ready. This role also involves developing and managing watering and plant care schedules, as well as rotating and arranging plant displays to highlight seasonal interest and maintain an attractive nursery environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
