The Plant Office Administrator is a professional who oversees operations across the Plant. They are responsible for welcoming visitors, vendors, and others into the plant. They coordinate meetings, appointments and direct various administrative projects at the direction of the Plant Manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee the daily workflow of the department but does not directly supervise staff.
Duties/Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to management team at the Plant

Greet vendors, visitors and others

Acts as customer service representative

Maintains document and filing system

Inputs records and other items into NetSuite
-
Sends emails, scans and prints documentation for use at the Plant
-
Assists inventory counts
-
Coordinates the availability of office supplies

Schedules meetings, interviews, etc. for the Plant Manager

Performs basic data entry

Assists with organizing sample shipments for quality testing

Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred

At least two years’ related experience required

Experience with Netsuite a plus
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
