Plant Operator cum Electrical Technician

We are hiring skilled and safety-conscious Plant Operator cum Electrical Technicians to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operations and basic electrical troubleshooting preferably in a manufacturing or batching plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and plant systems in accordance with SOPs and work instructions
• Monitor and maintain production logs checklists and equipment records on a daily/weekly basis
• Participate in preventive maintenance and attend to machine breakdowns
• Adhere to all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Record machine parameters settings and operating conditions accurately
• Perform minor mechanical fixes and adjustments to machine parts
• Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor for plant-related issues
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting for control panels and process instruments

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
• 2 5 years of experience in plant/machine operations preferably in batching or manufacturing plants
• Hands on experience with SCADA PLC and HMI systems is a plus
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and instrumentation basics
• Ability to read technical manuals and interpret machine parameters
