Plant Reliability Technician — Manufacturing

  • Are you certified or experienced on forklifts and scissor lifts (or willing to become so)?

  • Do you have precision skills—welding, pipe fitting, rigging, and lubrication?

What you’ll work

  • Seven (7) workdays every two weeks:
    • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
    • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
  • 12-hour shifts on nights
  • Shift hours: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Built-in overtime includes Sundays and all hours worked over 40 in each week.

What you bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required; a related 2-year technical/vocational degree strongly preferred.
  • Preferred: 4+ years of relevant experience (general mechanic, pipefitter, chemical manufacturing, refinery, etc.).
  • Preferred: Millwright and/or precision mechanic experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical gear, motors, and controls.
  • Desired: ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English.
  • PPE readiness: able to wear earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and steel-toed shoes.
  • Physical capability to stand; climb stairs; twist; bend; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; or climb for extended periods, and lift/move up to 45 pounds.
