Plant Technician – Ready Mix Company

We are looking for a skilled Plant Technician to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of batching plant equipment in a Ready Mix Concrete operation. The candidate will ensure smooth plant functioning, minimum downtime, and safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of batching plant equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Maintain mixers, conveyors, silos, weigh batchers, compressors, and pumps
• Attend plant breakdowns and minimize production downtime
• Perform routine inspections and maintain maintenance logs
• Coordinate with plant supervisor and operators for maintenance planning
• Ensure proper lubrication, calibration support,and equipment safety
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and workshop housekeeping
• Follow safety procedures and plant maintenance standards
• Support audits and inspections when required

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
• 3–8 years experience as Plant Technician in Ready Mix Concrete or similar industry
• Hands- on knowledge of batching plant equipment and machinery
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and manuals
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
