Plant Welder

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plant Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality welding and fabrication work to support our production processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in welding and mechanical assembly, looking to contribute to a dynamic industrial environment.

The job will involve travelling to customer sites to carry out welding works to pieces of machinery on site all over the UK. A vehicle and necessary welding equipment will be provided.

The candidate must be trust worthy, reliable, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Some overnights may be involved, however, accomodation will be provided along with extra pay and expenses per night.

Welding works will be performed on excavators, dump trucks, quarrying and mining equipment and other large scale plant related facilities such as recycling centres and shipping docks.

Experience in Plant fitting would be advantageous but not essential.

Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
