Plaster Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities including structural, finishing, and concrete works.
• Ensure all site work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules and productivity.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material requests.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in civil construction (buildings, infrastructure, or fit-out projects).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, rebar, formwork, and finishing activities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and control site operations effectively.
• Familiar with UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
