Plasterer / Stucco Technician – Job Description
Hamilton Exteriors is seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer/Stucco Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all phases of stucco and acrylic systems, specifically with Sika and Omega products, and be able to deliver high-quality work with consistency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete stucco system installations using Sika and Omega products
- Install weatherproof barriers, paper, and flashing as required
- Apply metal lath/metal mesh properly and securely
- Mix and apply:
- Scratch coat
- Brown coat
- Finish coat (stucco & acrylic)
- Apply acrylic finishes using Sika and Omega textures and color systems
- Patch, repair, and texture-match existing stucco surfaces
- Maintain accurate mixing ratios and follow all manufacturer specifications
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines
- Ensure all work meets building codes and Hamilton Exteriors’ quality standards
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in plastering/stucco work
- Strong knowledge of Sika and Omega stucco systems and acrylic products
- Ability to perform papering, lathing, scratch, brown, and finish coats without supervision
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- EIFS experience
- Texture and color matching
- Ability to read plans and follow job specifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $26.97 - $40.00 per hour
