JOB SUMMARY

Responsible in providing comprehensive consultation, surgical treatment, and post-operative care to patients seeking aesthetic enhancement and body contouring procedures by delivering exceptional clinical outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed patient consultations and aesthetic assessments.

· Evaluate patient expectations and determine suitability for cosmetic procedures.

· Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.

· Perform a wide range of cosmetic surgical procedures, including:

o Breast augmentation, reduction, and mastopexy (breast lift)

o Liposuction and body contouring procedures

o Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck)

o Rhinoplasty

o Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)

o Facelift and neck lift procedures

o Otoplasty (ear reshaping)

o Fat grafting and facial contouring procedures

o Post-bariatric body contouring surgeries

· Manage pre-operative evaluation and surgical planning.

· Provide comprehensive post-operative care and follow-up assessments.

· Identify and manage surgical complications promptly and effectively.

· Maintain accurate and complete medical records and surgical documentation.

Aesthetic Medicine Responsibilities

· Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments.

· Recommend appropriate combination treatments to optimize patient outcomes.

· Educate patients regarding realistic expectations, recovery timelines, and treatment options.

Quality & Patient Care

· Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

· Obtain informed consent and maintain ethical practice standards.

· Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer reviews.

· Adhere to hospital, clinic, and regulatory authority policies and procedures.

· Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Business Development & Professional Growth

· Contribute to the growth and reputation of the cosmetic surgery department.

· Participate in patient education programs, seminars, and marketing activities as appropriate.

· Stay updated on emerging cosmetic surgery techniques, technologies, and industry trends.

· Participate in continuing medical education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

· Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

· Completion of an accredited residency training program in Plastic Surgery.

· Eligibility for Specialist registration/licensure as required by local health authorities.

· Board Certification or equivalent qualification in Plastic Surgery preferred.

· Fellowship training in Aesthetic/Cosmetic Plastic Surgery is an advantage.

Experience

· Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery preferred.

· Demonstrated experience performing cosmetic surgical procedures independently.

· Proven track record of excellent aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction.
