To build our elite team, we are seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon who shares our vision and is ready to contribute on a part-time basis as a core member of our founding medical team.

Role Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Plastic Surgeon with a valid MOH license and solid UAE practice experience to perform a variety of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. The right candidate will have refined surgical expertise, an artistic approach and a passion for creating excellent patient outcomes in a high-end clinical setting.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries (face, body sculpting, breast surgery, etc.) on a part-time schedule
• Provide thorough consultations and craft tailored treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with dermatologists, general practitioners and wellness experts for comprehensive care
• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with MOH regulations and clinical best practices
• Supervise patients during recovery and follow-ups for safe and optimal results
• Participate in promotional activities including patient education and brand-building campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in plastic and cosmetic surgery

Requirements & Skills

• Valid MOH License as a Plastic Surgeon (essential)
• Minimum 3 years of UAE practice in aesthetic/plastic surgery (required)
• Proficiency in a broad spectrum of cosmetic surgical procedures
• Strong sense of aesthetics and precision
• Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Flexibility to commit to part-time hours, (immediate availability preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Plastic Surgery (UAE-based experience mandatory)
