Practice Manager/Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager/Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our luxury plastic surgery, medical spa, and surgery center. This leader will report directly to the surgeon and CEO, who is heavily involved and will work closely with the surgeon to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and continued practice growth with a focus on brand recognition and staff development.

Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Lead day-to-day practice operations, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and adherence to physician directives.
- Oversee and mentor administrative and clinical staff, fostering a professional, patient-focused culture.
- Oversee and mentor robust clinical staff to ensure medical needs of patients are met throughout the patient experience. This includes but is not limited to staffing, ensuring medical follow-through on required clearances, and post operative patient concerns.
- Implement surgeon’s expectations, goals, and vision that remain consistent with the brand to maintain a standard of luxury and patient experience
- Ensure a consistent leadership presence in the office, especially when the physician is out of office or in operating room.
- Plan and lead regular staff, financial, and physician meetings.
- Serve as primary liaison with external partners (business consultants, attorneys, accountants, vendors).
- Monitor vendor activity and training sessions, ensuring content and outcomes are pre-approved by the physician.
Financial & Strategic Management
- Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and partner with the accountants and consultants for monthly/quarterly/annual analysis.
- Prepare and meet with practice CEO/surgeon regularly outlining financial markers of practice
- Track vendor rebate programs, tier goals, and ROI for events such as open houses.
- Recommend staffing adjustments, merit increases, promotions, and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, control expenses, and support strategic growth.
- Prepare business cases for supplies, capital equipment, and new initiatives.
Patient Experience & Marketing
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Oversee clarity and timeliness of staff-patient communications.
- Collaborate with the surgeon to develop and implement marketing goals, campaigns, and service offerings.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and federal/state/local regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of AAAASF certification requirements.
- Oversee credentialing, licensure, and staff certifications.
- Monitor safety and risk management processes to protect patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with proof of diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a plastic surgery practice, medical spa, surgery center, or other specialty medical practice with comparable complexity (required).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration and leadership (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, HR, fiscal management, and compliance.
- Skilled in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and staff development.
- Strong organizational skills with a bias toward timely, complete communication and follow-through.
- Ability to work closely with a highly engaged physician-CEO, aligning practice operations with the surgeon’s direction and goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Supplemental Pay: Discretionary bonus for achieving assigned goals.

Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays or evenings.
- On-site role in Frisco, TX (reliable commute or relocation required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
